class SequenceMetadataData(*, sequence_id, origin_id, origin_uri, created_timestamp)

Bases: SequenceMetadataBase

The content of the sequence metadata stored in the database.

Create a new model by parsing and validating input data from keyword arguments.

Raises [ValidationError][pydantic_core.ValidationError] if the input data cannot be validated to form a valid model.

self is explicitly positional-only to allow self as a field name.

Attributes

model_config	Configuration for the model, should be a dictionary conforming to [ConfigDict][pydantic.config.ConfigDict].
created_timestamp	Time when the object was created in the database.
sequence_id	Unique identifier of the sequence.
origin_id	Unique identifier of the creator.
origin_uri	Uniform resource identifier (weak reference) for the creator.
